What exactly is Cozi Cloud?
Cozi Cloud is a disposable aroma diffuser. It gently warms a botanical blend so you can inhale the aroma — think of it as a personal, pocket-sized diffuser rather than anything you'd find in a vape shop. Each device carries roughly 600 draws and needs no charging, buttons or refills.
Does it contain nicotine or tobacco?
No. Cozi Cloud contains zero nicotine and zero tobacco — in any blend, at any time. That's the whole point of the brand.
Is it safe to use?
Our blends are made from botanical extracts and food-grade ingredients, produced in facilities that follow strict quality controls, and every batch is tested before it ships. Cozi Cloud is intended for healthy adults 21 and over. It is not a medical device and makes no health or therapeutic claims — if you're pregnant, nursing, or managing a respiratory condition, check with your doctor first.
How many puffs do I get?
About 600 draws per device. For most people that works out to somewhere between one and two weeks of everyday use, depending on how often you reach for it.
What's actually in it?
Plant-derived botanical extracts and essences, food-grade vegetable glycerin, and natural botanical flavour. No nicotine, no tobacco, no vitamin E acetate, no diacetyl. Full ingredient lists live on each blend's page.
Which blend should I start with?
Pick the moment, not the flavour. Energy (Mint) for mornings, Focus (Strawberry Ice) for deep work, Calming (Blueberry) for the reset, Sleep Support (Cotton Candy) for the wind-down. Most people end up with two.

How much is shipping?
Flat $5.99 anywhere in the US. Shipping is free once your order reaches 3 devices ($74.97+).
How quickly do orders ship?
Orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days, with standard delivery landing in 3–5 business days after that. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it's on the way.
How much does a device cost?
Every blend is $19.99, down from $24.99. Same price across all four — pick by moment, not by budget.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We're US-only while we launch, with more regions planned. Wholesale partners outside the US should reach out directly.
Returns & support
Can I return a device?
Unopened devices can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For safety reasons we can't accept opened devices unless something arrived faulty.
Something arrived damaged — now what?
Email thecozicloud@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement straight away, no return needed.
